At Giving 365, we believe that family support begins at birth. That’s why we are proud to be a Zero to Three–trained organization offering the Safe Babies Program, a nationally recognized model that shifts the child welfare approach toward strengthening child and family well-being.
Benefits of Safe Babies
Many parents work hard to give their children a strong start in life but challenges like economic insecurity, postpartum depression, household trauma, and high stress can create overwhelming barriers. Through the Safe Babies Program, our trained facilitators provide early, trauma-responsive support to families with young children, prioritizing those currently engaged with the child welfare system. The curriculum is rooted in attachment science and trauma-informed care, empowering families with tools to build nurturing, stable relationships that promote lifelong resilience and well-being.
Safe Babies is recognized as a court-approved approach for improving outcomes for infants and toddlers involved in the child welfare system.
